Two Sports. Endless Benefits.
In Partnership with Team 23 Lacrosse
Why choose one sport when you can benefit from both?
This 4-week development series is designed to help athletes become more complete competitors by combining hockey and lacrosse training. The crossover benefits between the two sports are undeniable—improving footwork, agility, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, decision-making, compete level, and overall athleticism.
